Back in April, Wonders of Waco and I teamed up to do a Mother's Day Giveaway for one lucky mama! The winner was going to get a picnic setup by WOW along with a mini photo session with yours truly. I was beyond excited for the opportunity to get to work with another small business in Waco, and to spoil a mama who deserved it so much. So, here we go!
When I arrived, the picnic was all ready! Of course, I had to get a few detail shots of the gorgeous picnic setup before the family arrived. WOW really does beautiful work, don't you agree?
Then, when the family arrived, they started their picnic with a few snacks and a bottle of sparkling cider. The two year old was 100% on board with the berries, and was a big fan of the fancy drinks too. By the end of the picnic, he was even mixing berries into his drink to make his own mocktails! If you think luxury picnics aren't for toddlers, think again. They LOVE it!
After a few shots with their picnic setup, we stepped away to explore the surroundings and get a few family pictures with Waco Lake in the background.
If you know me, you know I can't be done with a session unless we do breakdowns as well! We did a quick sweetheart session, with a little dancin' and a little kissin'...
Then we did a few mommy & me pictures...
...and of course, finished up with a few father/son pictures as well!
